Fun Times!

So last week Alex's cousins came in from Texas. It was the first time I've met them. They are soooo much fun!! The oldest son, Sean, is on a mission so I still haven't met him yet. Anyways... On Saturday we went to Boondocks. For you Arizona peeps reading this, it's pretty much just a fun center with mini golf, an arcade, bowling, laser tag, race track, and all that stuff.

Here is me, Alex, and his cousin Cassidy on the race track. They both were ahead of me the whole time, even though I started out first. Lol, oh well?

Here's Alex's other cousin, Michael (he's sooo cute and sweet), in the blue car. And also Alex's little brother, Kyle. I love having a little brother. He's amazing. =)

Alex was waaaay ahead of Cassidy and me, so the whole time she was pretty much my only competition. This was towards the end where I ALMOST got her. But.... I still ended up last. Lol

Alex just HAD to waste $2 trying to get a giant stuffed animal out of this GIANT crane machine. It would have been awesome, but surprisingly he didn't win it. Shocker, I know... Alex usually wins at EVERYTHING!

Me playing SkeeBall. I'm not the best at it, but I always have to play it. It makes me happy. =)

I ROCKED this game! It was really fun! You could either pay 50 cents to try to win 100 tickets or pay $1 to win 200. I only played for 100 tickets but guess what.... I WON 100 TICKETS! I usually super suck at games like this, but it was awesome!! Michael played for 200 tickets and ended up winning 140. Pretty good!! Cassidy, on the other hand, played for 200, I think, and ended up with only 7 tickets. It was kinda funny? And I believe Alex played for 100 tickets and ended up with like 38 or something. Lots of fun!

Later that night we went to Alex's great uncle's house and watched fireworks. He has a house kinda up on a mountain I guess you could say and we had an awesome view from his deck outside. Alex went with the kids (typical) and aunt and grandma to watch the fire works at the high school and I stayed home with the adults.

Here is gorgeous Cassidy. She's sooooo beautiful. Love her!! =)

Here is Grandma Nish and Alex's aunt, Michelle. They are part of the nicest family EVER!! Love my in laws. =)

Silly Alex, Cassidy, and Kyle waiting for the fireworks.

These are my favorite kind of fireworks... I just think they are purty!!

I thought these were pretty neato too! =)

So the moral of this post is that we had a great fun weekend and I love my life. The end!! =)

PS, I also had this hilarious video of Alex doing some jumping game at Boondocks, but my internet is being REALLY slow right now so...... I'll have to post it later!!

Shout Out!!

So.... one of the things I miss most about being here in Utah is my little nephews and nieces. Don't get me wrong, I miss my friends and I miss alll my family but leaving these little ones behind was so hard. My biggest fear was that they wouldn't remember their Aunt Lili. I didn't wanna be the aunt that they'd all heard of but don't really have any memories with. Ya know? I don't want my name to be brought up and then one of the kids go "Aunt Lili, who?" Followed by the one talking saying, "You know, the aunt who lives Utah?" Followed by a "Oh, I think I remember her." I know I'm being silly, but that's just what goes on in my head. So I thought I'd do a little shout out to the CUTEST nieces and nephews this world has ever seen!! =)

First, my oldest sister, Keta, and her 4 kids. (One of whom I haven't even met yet.) Here's my cute Rosy, Vance, Jet, and baby Navy.

Here is Jet being an awesome big brother. =) Jet is the oldest nephew so he was all way hold a special place in my heart. And he's so dang handsome!!

Big boy Vance holding a smile for the camera. (Since Navy is having a hard time doing it herself.) =) He has the best smile.

My little Rosy Posy being a big sister for the first time. I love her crazy hair... I'm pretty sure she just woke up. But she's always a cute little princess. Especially to Aunt Lili... she couldn't do any wrong. =) Promise.

And my youngest niece, Navy. I haven't met her yet and it drives me crazy!! She's so cute and tiny. She looks like Jet to me when he was a baby.

And then there is my other big sister, Maranda, and her 2 boys. Cutest little red/orange heads ever!! =)

Dylan on his last day of Kindergarten. He's such a stud. =) He always says the funniest stuff, and you just have to think, "Where the hey did he learn that?"

This is one of my favorite pictures of Cash. He is just so cute I can't stand it!! Everytime I'm around him I cant help but pick him up and squeeze him!! Ahhhhh!!

And I had to add this picture of Cash. It totally captures his silly personality. Love it!!

That's it for now!

P.S. Sorry if I made you cry Keta. My bad? lol

Dumbest Thing Ever

So I'm a nanny for those of you that didn't know. I watch two boys age 7 and 4. Well I decided to take them to the little playground area in my apartment complex the other day. And as we're walking closer, I spot these:

Is it just me, or are these the dumbest things ever to have on playgrounds?! Seriously, wood chips?! How is that even cool at all?! Who thought of that in the first place? You might as well say, "Hey guys, lets fill all the playgrounds with knives! It'll be fun, yeah?!" You can't play with them, you can't build stuff with em, can't even land gracefully on them without stabbing yourself (and everyone knows, kids fall like 12 billion times while they're playing.).

So then I decided today to take them to a big park in my neighborhood and you'll never guess what they had! Yep, wood chips! OMG stat, is it just a Utah thing? Or a Layton thing? Or just my crazy neighborhood? lol. Don't get me wrong, I've seen them in parks before but ugh, it just angers me that the 2 closest playgrounds to my house have them.

Well, thats pretty much it for me today! Just had to get that off my chest. Thanks for listening. =) PEACE!

Ha Ha!

All I have to say is that my family keeps me pretttty entertained. For example, my brother, Jimmie, does this in his spare time. (well not ALL his spare time, but you know what I mean):

Haha.... this one is one of my all time favorites. Me at the hospital with my bff's Alicia and Michelle visiting me.

I actually wasn't here for this but I think this was at my friend, Serena's, bachlorette party. I think. But this is my bff, Stacey.
Me and Alex before workin out. You know the story on this one.

Us just being us. Me, Stacey, & Michelle.

Our trip to Cali for Michelle's bday in 09. This is one of my favorites too. Alicia, Me, Michelle, & Stacey.

My sister, Maranda, does this when she is bored ( and believe me, she gets bored A LOT!):

This is Maranda, Me, and my other sister Keta on my wedding day. =)

Alex and me.... um..... our new do?

Awesome me in my first movie!

Baby Girl!!

So last week Alex and I were kinda doing a test trial with this little girl:

P.S. Idk why hers eyes are blue, but I don't know how to fix it and plus it's kinda funny?

She's our 1 1/2 yr old Miniature Schnauzer, Pebbles. She'd been with Alex's dad's family since October 09, while we were living with Alex's mom. Well now that we have our own place and money saved up and all, we were doing a test run to see how she would do in our apartment. Since she is known for being whiney and all that junk.

I've been soooo excited to have her, and she did awesome with us! No accidents and not too much whining. Soooo... I think she's a keeper!! Alex and I are proud parents of our first baby girl. ;)
